I have examined the accompanying Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to authorize the appropriation of a supplementary sum of One Million Five Hundred and twenty-five dollars and seven cents to defray the charges of the year 1895, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

There was no objection to this Bill on the part of the Unofficial Members, and the charges appeared to be necessary.
